Are Your Kits Reusable?
Yes! Our course kits are designed for repeated use as part of your core programming schedule. Each kit includes a complete inventory of supplies so you can easily refurbish it for future classes. We've also found that students become your best advocates; after a great learning experience, they're sure to spread the word to their peers.
How Do I Place an Order?
You can place your order directly through our website, by email, or by fax. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m (eastern time) to assist you. You may also download an order form and submit it by fax or mail.

Do You Accept Purchase Orders?
Yes! Public schools and government agencies are welcome to use purchase orders. We simply ask that each PO include a contact name, email address, phone number, and an authorized signature.
You can also submit a purchase order through our shopping cart by selecting "Purchase Order" as your payment method, then faxing or emailing us a copy of your PO.
We also work with a select group of distribution partners. Contact us to find out if you're already doing business with one of them.

Can You Help Me Request a Quote or Purchase Order?
Absolutely! To request a quote, simply add your desired products to our shopping cart and proceed to checkout. From there, select "Request a Quote" and list the products and quantities you need.
If you'd prefer to set up an account and place an order directly, select "Add to Cart," then choose "Pay with Purchase Order" as your payment method. We'll respond with up-to-date pricing, shipping costs, and availability information.

Could You Provide a W-9 Form for Our Records?
Of course! You can download our W-9 form directly from our website.
Is Free Shipping Available?
Free shipping is available for orders shipped within the continental United States. Please note that Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from this offer. If you're located in either of those states, we'll work with you to identify the most economical shipping option. Please request a quote for details.
