30-Day Return Window: You have 30 full days from the date of delivery to request a return: no complicated paperwork or endless questions.

 

Product Condition: We accept returns on products in new, unused condition with original packaging. It's fine if you've opened the package to examine the materials - we expect that!

 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Special Circumstances

 

Damaged in Shipping: If your products arrive damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, which may include a replacement or full refund.

 

Wrong Item Shipped: If we sent you the wrong product, we'll make it right! Contact us and we'll arrange for the correct Item to be sent and provide instructions for returning the incorrect Item.

 

Product Doesn't Match Description: If any product doesn't match what you expected based on our description, let us know. We'll work with you on a return, exchange, or refund.

 

What We Cannot Accept for Return

 

To be completely transparent, here are situations where we cannot process returns:

 

- Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery

- Products showing significant wear, damage from use, or missing components

- Items marked as "final sale" during clearance or special promotions

- Custom, personalized, or specially-ordered products (unless we made an error)

- Consumable materials that have been used (workbooks with writing, etc.)

Exchanges

 

Prefer an exchange to a refund? We're happy to help! The same 30-day timeframe and condition requirements apply. You'll be responsible for the return shipping of the original Item, and we'll cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement.
